He has successfully completed training as an Operator of the Intoxilyzer 5000. Likewise, Patrick successfully underwent National Highway Safety Traffic Administration Standardized Field Sobriety Test Program.
Patrick Cummings was born and raised in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. In 1991, he graduated with a finance degree from Canisius College in Buffalo, New York. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York where he obtained his Juris Doctor in May 1994. Patrick is admitted to practice in Virginia and a member of the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Trial Lawyer's Associations.
